I have had the recent pleasure of working with CRS on a large siding and window replacement project in San Rafael. They not only came in under budget, but provided my client with excellent results. They went over and above what was expected of any contractor in that they provided homeowners with the help they needed whether it was to move furniture for an elderly person or to come back several times to accommodate the homeowner's schedule. Our condominium complex was in desperate need of siding repairs after years of weathering. The homeowners association contacted CRS and asked them to investigate the extent of the damage and to determine the scope of work for each building. CRS was very responsive to our needs. They immediately assessed the unique situation of each building and provided a cost proposal that was very competitive. CRS and Hill & Co. did a great job with the insurance claim for our storm damaged roof deck. They worked closely with the insurance company to maximize the claim to which wewere entitled. The roof deck is now structurally sound and very high quality. CRS did a fantastic job!

After the first rain since the drains were installed, I am pleased to say that all seems to be draining well. It was nice to be able to walk on the sidewalk and into my unit without stepping through puddles. The main thing I am relieved about is that no water was up against the building. Farm Hill Vista Homeowners Association in Redwood City, California has been very satisfied with the work of Community Reconstruction Solutions. Over a year ago, we knew we were going to need a lot of dry rot repairs done throughout the complex. There were some larger areas as well as just some small patch work. It was very important for the Board of Directors to pick a company which we felt would provide the services we needed within a budget we needed to work with. We had several contractors prepare proposals but felt that CRS stood apart from the rest of the group. It was very important to us to have excellent communication throughout the project. From day 1 when I first met Victor Juan-Chang who was representing CRS, the communication stood far in front of any of the competitors. Our project was fully completed after 4 months and we were very satisfied with the quality of work, communication throughout, and help to keep us within our budget. CRS worked with us when we had questions and needed adjustments. At the end of each day their crew picked up the area of work and returned necessary equipment to a temporary gated area which was their area during the project. This was well received by our homeowners as it kept the area neat and clean. Our community at Farm Hill Vista is a developed area of 150 condominiums and townhouses. CRS has been able to provide excellent service to us for the jobs we have needed. We highly recommend CRS service to any community, which needs any type of construction work.
