The Founders:

George Perrenod Jr.

When George Perrenod Jr. first entered the construction business, he did not expect it to become a central part of his professional life. As he worked to pay for his education at Rutgers over 30 years ago, he began to see a need for an organization that specialized in reconstruction contracting and building maintenance.

After he became a licensed contractor himself, he began to learn all he could about the various major construction trades.

George gained a wealth of first-hand experience in various trades, including the pouring of foundations and the topping-off of roofs. He learned the intricacies of masonry and carpentry, and he installed vital plumbing, heating, and electrical infrastructure. This broad view of construction and remodeling was especially important in a place as prone to seismic activity as the San Francisco Bay Area.

When you hire the contractors at CRS, you get a team that is capable of completing just about every aspect of your project. This organization performs 95% of the work needed with its own employees. Martin Romo

As a founding partner, Martin has over 29 years of experience in the construction industry and oversees all operations.  This includes closely managing logistics of the work sites and the supervisors overseeing these projects to facilitate successful completion of projects on budget, on schedule while ensuring that CRS projects consistently exceed our client’s expectations.

Mr. Romo has a keen eye for recognizing and recruiting talented craftsmen and field staff and he has proven instrumental in the continued success of our entire company.

Established a partnership with our management team and learn more about how Mr. Romo has quickly advanced through the construction trades.  After beginning his career as a simple laborer, Mr. Romo has built a reputation for managing multi-million dollar projects. Our staff respects him and many of our employees once worked directly in the trenches with Mr. Romo.
